Hello everyone, if you end up reading this blog, well… I am glad ! And I hope you are too.
I am Kalmh, a software engineer and the owner of this blog, I am in my twenties, ah… not for long. I am a Portuguese born in France, and married to a Japanese (almost went around the Globe just by writing it).
I love to cook… you can guess the kind of food ! I like to grow vegetables, and aromatics in my small apartment. Oh, and I am a fond of Japanese cuisine.
When I like to eat something at restaurent or anywhere else than my apartment, I try to reverse engineer it, so I can do it at home, and eat it whenever I want.
Here I will share with you my experiences, my recipes, and some other things.
